I used to be one of those people who thought that I had to make huge changes in my life in order to see results. I would read about people who were able to quit their job and travel the world, and I would think to myself “I could never do that.” But then one day, I realized that if I wanted my life to change, I needed to start making small changes every day. And so, I began implementing simple daily habits into my routine that made a big difference over time.

#1 – I started drinking more water.
One of the simplest things that you can do to improve your health is to drink more water. I used to be someone who rarely drank water, and I would often get dehydrated as a result. But once I started making it a habit to drink at least eight glasses of water a day, I noticed a big difference in my energy levels, skin, and overall health.
